1. Service Description

tryclawbot.com ("Service") is operated by OpenClaw ("we", "us", "our"). The Service allows you to deploy and manage AI-powered chatbot instances on Telegram. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Telegram bot tokens.
  • You may authenticate via Google OAuth. TryClawBot uses Google OAuth to collect your email and profile information for the sole purpose of identifying you as a user and managing your AI server instances. We do not share your Google data with any third parties. Your data is stored securely in our database and is used only to provide our core services.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content through your bots.
  • Distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
  • Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate chatbot responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and moderating the responses your bots produce. We are not liable for any harm arising from AI-generated content delivered through your bots.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (such as knowledge base documents). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. All Service branding, code, and design remain our property.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
